Hot Sundays

If this hot weather continues, we'll be running the New Brighton trail in our sleep! Yesterday, four runners and three walkers set out at 8 a.m. along the Trans Canada trail. In spite of the heat, the runners completed the loop at New Brighton, and were back at Eileen Dailly just before 9 a.m. (OK, Tom and Kathy cut off part of the loop to catch up with those speedsters Ernie and Ruben.)

Next Sunday, for those interested, we're heading across the border to do a moderate hike in the Mt. Baker area. Next post has the details.
